Pak Datacom Limited (PSX: PAKD), a leading player in Pakistan’s satellite communication sector, has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a next-generation broadband satellite services provider based in the Asia-Pacific region. The agreement follows successful trial collaborations between the two companies.
While the partner’s identity remains undisclosed, Pak Datacom described it as a well-established operator with advanced satellite broadband technology. The partnership aligns with Pak Datacom’s strategic goal to broaden its digital connectivity offerings, focusing on broadband satellite services for underserved and remote areas.
The company will update the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on any material developments arising from this collaboration in compliance with regulatory requirements.
