Orange Jordan Announces Winners of 2025 “Inspiring Change” Award Empowering Women in Tech

Orange Jordan, in partnership with Capital Bank and the Information and Communications Technology Association (Int@j), announced the winners of the 2025 “Inspiring Change” Award, celebrating women leaders driving sustainable digital innovations with social and environmental impact. The award, under Int@j’s Women’s Economic Empowerment unit “SHETECHS,” introduced a new Fintech category to broaden support for women entrepreneurs in advanced technology sectors.

The first-place winner was the project Wasil, followed by Genskin and SOHO ERP in second and third places, respectively. The Fintech Award went to BitMal. Projects were evaluated on innovation, impact, scalability, and sustainability, underscoring women entrepreneurs’ growing influence in Jordan’s technology landscape.

The judging panel included senior leaders from Orange Jordan, Capital Bank, Int@j, and the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship. Orange Jordan CEO Eng. Philippe Mansour emphasized the award’s role in enhancing women’s participation in digital sectors and fostering scalable, sustainable ventures. Capital Bank CEO Tamer Ghazaleh highlighted the bank’s pride in supporting this platform for female entrepreneurship, particularly in fintech.

Int@j Chairman Amjad Swais noted the award’s alignment with International Women’s Day and its focus on empowering women in advanced technology fields. He congratulated the winners for their leadership in fostering an inclusive and innovative digital future.
