Riyadh – Arabian Internet and Communications Services Company (solutions) and Saudi Telecom Company (stc) have signed a five-year agreement worth SAR 157.64 million to build a private cloud as part of their IT infrastructure modernization and hyperscaler partnership. Announced on June 26, 2025, the deal aims to deliver advanced cloud services via an end-to-end architecture platform that integrates existing systems and applications with the new private cloud.
The contract’s financial impact will begin reflecting in solutions’ Q2 2025 financial statements. This agreement follows a previous SAR 142.40 million contract sealed in April 2025, under which the companies developed internet and communications networks for stc, including expansion of network elements.
