Ethio Telecom, Dashen Bank, and ETTA Solutions have jointly launched “Zoorya,” an integrated business automation solution combining ERP, POS, and cash register systems into a single platform tailored for sectors like hospitality, import/export, manufacturing, and retail. Zoorya aims to modernize service delivery, streamline operations, enable data-driven decisions, and enhance customer experience across Ethiopia’s business landscape.
Developed locally by ETTA Solutions, Zoorya supports fast, transparent, and secure contactless transactions, promoting a cashless society. The platform accepts all domestic and international cards, offers fiscal accounting certified by the Ethiopian Ministry of Revenues, and consolidates payment information into a single receipt for merchants.
Ethio Telecom hosts Zoorya on its TeleCloud infrastructure and integrates it with its telebirr payment system, serving over 54 million customers, while leading promotion and distribution. Dashen Bank supports the solution by facilitating foreign currency for required equipment, providing a “Buy Now, Pay Later” financing model, and integrating its payment services.
Built on scalable cloud architecture, Zoorya enables rapid deployment, allowing merchants to complete ERP setup in under a minute and expand operations seamlessly. Over the next two years, the partners plan to roll out Zoorya to more than 10,000 merchants, enhancing efficiency and financial inclusion while continuing service development.
