Accenture and Qatar Airways Launch AI Skyways to Transform Global Aviation

Doha, Qatar — In a bold move to reshape the future of air travel, Accenture and Qatar Airways have unveiled AI Skyways, a comprehensive suite of artificial intelligence systems designed to elevate customer experience and boost operational efficiency across the airline industry.

The collaboration marks a significant step in both companies’ ambitions to revolutionise aviation. AI Skyways will serve as the foundation for responsible AI adoption at Qatar Airways, integrating advanced data and platform capabilities to optimise flight scheduling, streamline maintenance, and enhance customer engagement. Badr Mohammed Al-Meer, CEO of Qatar Airways, highlighted that the partnership aligns with the airline’s vision for AI leadership and delivering a seamless travel experience.
