ByteBridge Expands Global Reach with New Partnerships in Middle East and APAC

ByteBridge, a global IT infrastructure and data centre solutions company, has signed two significant memorandums of understanding (MoUs) to strengthen its presence in key markets. The first agreement, with Saudi-based Naizak Global Engineering Systems, sets the stage for a joint venture in Saudi Arabia aimed at driving hyperscale growth and AI-powered data centres across the Middle East.

The collaboration will leverage ByteBridge’s expertise in AI-ready infrastructure, liquid cooling, and HPC networking with Naizak’s local engineering capabilities and market insights. The new entity is positioned to serve global hyperscalers and enterprises entering the region while also helping Saudi and regional companies expand internationally. From Naizak’s perspective, the partnership enhances its ability to align with Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation goals.

In the Asia-Pacific market, ByteBridge has partnered with FuriosaAI, a leading AI semiconductor company. The agreement outlines strategic cooperation to accelerate AI adoption and expand digital infrastructure across APAC. Both companies plan to pursue joint business development initiatives, broaden market access, and integrate FuriosaAI’s advanced processors with ByteBridge’s global ecosystem.

Together, these partnerships mark a decisive step in ByteBridge’s strategy to expand its global footprint while enabling enterprises and governments to scale digital transformation initiatives with advanced infrastructure solutions.
