Riyadh, October 28, 2025 — HUMAIN and Qualcomm Technologies have announced a landmark collaboration to deploy advanced AI infrastructure in Saudi Arabia, marking a transformative step toward making the Kingdom a global hub for artificial intelligence and intelligent computing.
The initiative, unveiled ahead of the Future Investment Initiative (FII) 2025, aims to deliver global AI inferencing services through the world’s first fully optimized edge-to-cloud hybrid AI system. Building on their earlier collaboration announced at the US–Saudi Investment Forum in May 2025, HUMAIN and Qualcomm will jointly advance large-scale AI infrastructure capabilities within the Kingdom.
Under the agreement, HUMAIN plans to deploy 200 megawatts of Qualcomm’s AI200 and AI250 rack solutions starting in 2026, enabling high-performance, cost-efficient AI inference services for enterprises and government organizations worldwide. The partnership combines HUMAIN’s regional infrastructure and full-stack AI expertise with Qualcomm’s global leadership in semiconductors and AI processing, creating a scalable model for national AI ecosystems.

The initiative also integrates HUMAIN’s Saudi-developed ALLAM large language models with Qualcomm’s platforms, enabling enterprise-specific AI solutions and further strengthening the Kingdom’s position as a leader in AI innovation.
