Morocco Advances Digital Inclusion Through New Partnership Between ADD and CTPES

Rabat — The Agence de Développement du Digital (ADD) has signed a partnership agreement with the Association for the Management of the Center for Very Small Solidarity Enterprises (CTPES) — the organization overseeing the Solidarity Digital Incubator (IDS) in Salé. The collaboration aims to promote innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital inclusion across the Rabat–Salé–Kénitra region, further reinforcing Morocco’s national commitment to an equitable and dynamic digital economy.

Announced during the Solidarity Digital Hackathon closing ceremony, the agreement underscores Morocco’s dedication to advancing youth entrepreneurship and social innovation through technology. It also aligns with the royal directives of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, which emphasize digital transformation and entrepreneurship as key levers for economic integration, particularly for young people from disadvantaged communities.

Under the partnership, ADD and CTPES will collaborate to empower emerging digital entrepreneurs by providing access to IDS’s state-of-the-art infrastructure, including its Fablab (digital fabrication laboratory), and offering technical mentorship and capacity-building programs for startups. The initiative will also connect participating startups to national digital platforms managed by ADD, facilitating their integration into Morocco’s expanding tech ecosystem.

By pooling expertise and resources, both institutions aim to foster value creation, stimulate innovation, and expand economic opportunities for young Moroccans. The collaboration reflects Morocco’s broader vision under the “Digital Morocco 2030” strategy — to build a resilient, inclusive, and innovation-driven digital economy that empowers all segments of society.
