Orange Egypt and Public Prosecution Launch Integrated Digital Platform for Legal Services

Orange Egypt has entered a new phase of partnership with the Egyptian Public Prosecution by launching a fully integrated digital platform for legal and governmental services through the My Orange app. The initiative builds on the earlier financial inclusion phase and now enables users to access traffic, family, and criminal prosecution services securely and instantly from their phones.

Through the platform, customers can submit requests, follow case updates, pay fees via Orange Cash Wallet, and receive official documents without visiting government offices. Services include traffic violation inquiries and payments, appeals, reconciliations, family case updates, inheritance declarations, certified extracts, criminal case status updates, and digital access to rulings.

Users can track all requests in real time, with full data accuracy and document security ensured through seamless system integration between Orange Egypt and the Public Prosecution. The initiative aligns with Egypt’s digital-government strategy and reflects Orange Egypt’s commitment to enabling efficient, accessible public services nationwide.

Orange Egypt CEO Hesham Mahran highlighted the partnership as a model for how government and the private sector can collaborate to deliver impactful digital transformation. He emphasized the company’s focus on innovation and its role in supporting Egypt’s shift toward a fully integrated digital society.
