The announcement was formalized during a signing ceremony at MWC Doha 2025, attended by senior leaders from both organizations.
For over ten years, Asiacell and Seamless have partnered on digital and prepaid innovations such as e-top-up, voucher management, and analytics-driven ecosystem tools. The new platform represents the next evolution of this partnership—unifying Asiacell’s nationwide retail network into an intelligent, modular, data-driven system that enhances operational efficiency, partner performance, and customer engagement.
Martin Schedin, CEO of Seamless Distribution Systems, emphasized that the upgrade highlights SDS’s commitment to delivering agile, AI-powered sales and distribution solutions that improve field performance and unlock measurable revenue growth. Asiacell’s CCO, Chra Hussain, noted that the collaboration strengthens the operator’s digital and retail infrastructure by introducing smarter tools for efficiency, data visibility, and better customer experiences across Iraq.
Built on a unified and intelligent architecture, the Seamless S&D suite enables faster partner onboarding, real-time insights, improved reseller performance, and more consistent customer engagement across thousands of retail touchpoints. It is expected to accelerate Asiacell’s nationwide retail transformation and support the company’s broader digital growth agenda.
