Ethio Telecom has launched its high-speed 4G LTE mobile network service in 93 cities across Ethiopia, significantly expanding nationwide digital connectivity. The rollout delivers faster and more reliable mobile data, enabling improved access to digital services, enhanced business operations, and a better mobile internet experience. Customers with 4G-compatible SIM cards can activate the service by selecting LTE/3G/2G network mode, while users with older SIMs can exchange them free of charge at Ethio Telecom service centers. To support adoption, the operator is offering discounted smartphones and limited-time reduced-price data packages.
