Burgan Bank Launches Investor Relations Mobile App to Enhance Transparency and Engagement

Burgan Bank has launched a new mobile Investor Relations (IR) application, now available on both iOS and Android platforms, marking a significant step in strengthening investor communication and digital transparency in Kuwait’s banking sector. The app is designed to provide investors and stakeholders with seamless, real-time access to the Bank’s financial and corporate information, in line with regulatory requirements and global best practices in corporate disclosure.

The IR mobile app offers instant access to disclosures, financial statements, investor presentations, and corporate announcements through an intuitive and user-friendly interface. Investors can review key financial metrics, performance indicators, dividend history, and corporate updates at a glance, ensuring they remain fully informed of the Bank’s publicly available information at all times.

Additional features include smart push notifications for new disclosures, reports, and upcoming events, with the ability to add events directly to personal calendars. Users can also track share price movements using interactive charts and analyze stock performance across multiple timeframes, enabling deeper insight into Burgan Bank’s market performance.

The application delivers a personalized experience, allowing users to create and manage customized watchlists that sync across devices. Investors can further tailor the app by selecting preferred language, currency, and notification settings, enhancing convenience and usability.

Commenting on the launch, Khalid Al-Zouman, Group Chief Financial Officer at Burgan Bank, said the IR mobile app represents an important milestone in the Bank’s digital transformation journey and reflects its commitment to proactive, transparent investor engagement. He noted that the platform makes it easier for stakeholders to stay informed through real-time, interactive access to key financial data and disclosures.

The IR app operates as a standalone, cloud-based platform and is fully independent from Burgan Bank’s internal systems. It does not process transactions or store sensitive client information, ensuring high standards of security, data protection, and operational integrity in line with the Bank’s governance and risk management framework.

The Investor Relations mobile app is now available for download via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
