US-based automotive technology company AutoAcquire AI has acquired Pakistani conversational AI startup Virtuans AI in a seven-figure US dollar deal comprising both cash and equity, marking a notable milestone for Pakistan’s growing AI startup ecosystem.
Founded by Raheel Ahmad and Muddassar Sharif less than two years ago, Virtuans AI developed autonomous conversational agents designed to automate sales and customer support processes through context-aware AI interactions. The acquisition reflects increasing global interest in AI innovation emerging from Pakistan, particularly in intelligent automation and enterprise AI applications.
Following the acquisition, both co-founders have joined AutoAcquire AI in leadership roles, where they will help scale the technology within the US market. AutoAcquire AI, led by Anthony Monteiro, is focused on transforming the vehicle acquisition process by integrating targeting, inspections, logistics, offers, and fraud protection into a unified AI-driven platform targeting the $1 trillion US used car market.
Virtuans AI’s founders said the acquisition validates their vision of building AI systems capable of delivering outcomes comparable to or exceeding human performance, while also demonstrating the global competitiveness of Pakistani AI talent.
