Egyptian startup Collard has launched a new event management platform designed to unify invitations, ticketing, RSVPs, and payments into a single system, following two years of development and a $700,000 investment.
The platform addresses long-standing inefficiencies in event planning, where organisers often rely on fragmented tools and manual processes, while attendees navigate scattered information across messaging apps and screenshots.
Collard introduces a more secure and structured approach by issuing invitations directly within the app. Tickets are linked to verified user profiles and generated using dynamic QR codes, reducing the risk of duplication, fraud, or unauthorised resale.
For organisers, the platform offers a centralised dashboard to manage the entire event lifecycle. This includes tracking RSVPs, monitoring attendance in real time, processing payments, and analysing participant data to improve future event planning.
By consolidating these functions into a single ecosystem, Collard aims to streamline operations, enhance control, and provide actionable insights for organisers while delivering a smoother, more reliable experience for attendees.
The app is currently available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play, with additional event management tools accessible عبر the company’s website.
