Saudi technology company Safa Soft is showcasing YUSUR.COM, an AI-driven Umrah package booking platform, at the Umrah and Ziyarah Forum 2026 in Madinah, marking the platform’s first direct presentation to Saudi operators and government stakeholders after an international debut at ITB Berlin earlier this year.
YUSUR.COM allows travellers to search, compare and book Umrah packages through a single digital interface, with an emphasis on price transparency, a gap the sector has historically struggled to close. Umrah bookings have traditionally moved through fragmented, agent-led processes with limited visibility on pricing or availability, a structural inefficiency that Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 tourism agenda is actively working to address as the Kingdom targets 30 million Umrah pilgrims annually by 2030.
“YUSUR represents the next phase of our evolution, where we bring together our infrastructure capabilities with a direct digital experience for travellers,” said Hosam Al-Asali, CEO of Safa Soft.
The platform is part of a broader ecosystem that includes Safa Visa, a visa management and submission system, and Bravo, a compliance and operations platform connecting Saudi Umrah companies with service providers. Together the suite is designed to digitalise the Umrah journey from initial booking through to visa processing and on-ground service delivery.
Safa Soft, founded in 2009, operates across more than 32 countries and states that its platforms have supported over 15 million travellers and more than 5,500 companies globally.
The Umrah and Ziyarah Forum, held at the King Salman International Convention Center from 30 March to 1 April, brings together operators, regulators, investors and technology providers as religious tourism emerges as a central pillar of Saudi Arabia’s post-oil economic strategy.
