Dialog Axiata has made the Samsung Galaxy S26 Series available in Sri Lanka through its retail and digital channels, pairing the launch with its Dialog 5G Ultra network as the primary connectivity proposition for the flagship lineup.
The series — comprising the Galaxy S26, S26+ and S26 Ultra — went on general retail sale on 15 March, following an exclusive Dialog customer preview on 12 March. The handsets feature a 200MP AI-enhanced camera system, Samsung Galaxy AI capabilities, Dynamic AMOLED displays ranging from 6.3 to 6.9 inches, and 5G connectivity across all three models. The Galaxy S26 Ultra carries a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor with a 39 per cent faster neural processing unit than its predecessor, and is available in a 16GB RAM, 1TB storage configuration. Retail pricing in Sri Lanka starts from approximately LKR 311,999 at authorised dealers.
All devices are TRC-approved, a compliance requirement for handsets sold in Sri Lanka.
Editor’s Note: Dialog’s strategy of bundling data offers — including a 2TB promotional package for pre-order customers — with premium Samsung launches is a deliberate effort to drive 5G subscriber conversion at the top of the market, where ARPU impact is highest. As the operator with Sri Lanka’s largest 5G network, tying flagship device availability to its network brand reinforces a differentiation argument that becomes more commercially significant as mid-range 5G handsets commoditise the category.
