RedCloud has signed a licensing agreement worth up to $30 million in Saudi Arabia to deploy its AI-driven retail platform across the Kingdom’s $68 billion FMCG market.
The agreement will see RedCloud roll out its “RAID” (Retail AI Data) engine, which connects suppliers, distributors, and retailers through a unified digital platform. The system is designed to provide real-time data insights, improve inventory management, and optimise distribution across fragmented retail networks.
By digitising supply chain operations, the platform aims to enhance visibility and efficiency for FMCG stakeholders, enabling better demand forecasting, pricing strategies, and product availability. The deployment is expected to support both large distributors and smaller retailers, particularly in traditional trade environments.
Saudi Arabia’s FMCG sector is undergoing rapid transformation, driven by digital adoption, changing consumer behaviour, and increased investment in supply chain modernisation. Technology platforms like RedCloud’s are playing a growing role in bridging gaps between different layers of the retail ecosystem.
The deal reflects increasing demand for AI-powered solutions that can streamline operations and unlock data-driven decision-making in large-scale consumer markets.
Editor’s Note:
AI-driven retail infrastructure is emerging as a key enabler of supply chain modernisation in the GCC. RedCloud’s deal highlights how data platforms are being deployed to digitise fragmented FMCG ecosystems at scale.
