Afghan Wireless Communications Company (AWCC) has successfully activated two telecommunication sites in Ghor’s Taywara district, specifically in the Sang-e Safid and Chahar Dara areas. This initiative is part of AWCC’s ongoing efforts to expand telecom services in underserved regions.
Residents of Taywara district have expressed their satisfaction with the activation, highlighting the positive impact on their daily lives. Many community members have assured AWCC that they will take measures to preserve the new infrastructure. One resident mentioned, “We request the Afghan Wireless Communications Company to activate the internet across Taywara district.”
The activation of these sites has brought telecommunications services to over 30 villages in Taywara and 20 villages in Pasaband district, benefiting tens of thousands of families. The new coverage has allowed people to access essential communication services, improving connectivity in these remote areas.
However, residents have requested that AWCC extend the service further by activating internet systems at these telecommunication sites to fully meet the needs of the community.
