Arzan Venture Capital Partners with Ahmad Takatkah to Launch Revenya Capital, Empowering MENA Tech Startups with Revenue-Based Financing

Arzan Venture Capital (Arzan VC) has announced a strategic partnership with Ahmad Takatkah to establish Revenya Capital, a pioneering revenue-based financing (RBF) firm focused on supporting tech startups across the MENA region. With an initial seed investment of $2 million from Arzan VC and Arzan Financial Group (AFG), along with a credit facility from AFG’s network, Revenya Capital aims to address the growing demand for non-dilutive financing options in the region.

Revenya Capital plans to collaborate closely with venture capital firms to offer short-term, non-dilutive financing solutions to their portfolio companies. These funds will cater to a range of needs including marketing, inventory, events, equipment, and seasonal requirements, allowing startups to grow without sacrificing equity.

Revenue-based financing is rapidly gaining traction as an ideal solution for startups seeking growth capital without giving up ownership. By integrating advanced AI and machine learning technologies, Revenya Capital is able to provide quick, data-driven financing decisions, positioning itself as a tech-forward partner for high-growth startups. The firm will offer short-term loans, ranging from $50,000 to $500,000 for periods of 3 to 9 months, with a fixed monthly fee of 1.5%-2.5% and repayments of 5%-20% of monthly revenue.

“We believe RBF is the perfect complement to equity investments in the MENA region, and the timing is right,” said Ahmad Takatkah, co-founder and managing partner of Revenya Capital. “The demand for non-dilutive financing is rising rapidly, but there are currently only a few firms providing RBF solutions in the region. This shortage presents an opportunity, and we look forward to collaborating with existing players to expand access to RBF options.”

“Revenya Capital’s launch comes at a crucial time as there is a significant gap in the market for flexible financing options designed for tech startups,” said Hasan Zainal, Founder & Managing Partner of Arzan VC. “Having known Ahmad for nearly a decade and witnessed his expertise, we are confident that Revenya Capital will help fill this gap and drive innovation in the region.”

Leveraging the extensive network and financial capabilities of Arzan Financial Group, Revenya Capital is poised to become a key player in MENA’s startup financing ecosystem. The firm is committed not only to providing capital but also to fostering strategic partnerships that will help accelerate startup growth and long-term success.
