Smart Cell has opened a new Smart Centre in Putalisadak, Kathmandu, aimed at offering top-notch services and customer support. The centre is fully equipped to address any customer queries and provide detailed information about Smart Cell’s current and upcoming products and services.
The new Smart Centre was inaugurated by Sarbesh Joshi, the chairman of Smart Cell. This initiative is part of Smart Cell’s ongoing efforts to expand its customer service offerings, with plans to open a similar centre in Bhaktapur in the near future.
Smart Cell, established on July 1, 2008, initially focused on providing services to rural areas and received its unified license in 2013. It is currently the third-largest telecom company in Nepal, according to the company’s statement.
