Zain Partners with Kuwait CyberChamps to Empower Youth in Digital Skills

Zain has announced a strategic partnership with the Kuwait CyberChamps Competition, aimed at enhancing the technological skills of middle and high school students. The competition, organized by IDRAK Training and Consultancy in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and the National Cybersecurity Center, focuses on building a sustainable cybersecurity culture and preparing youth for the digital future.

This partnership is part of Zain’s Innovation Nation initiative, which fosters creativity, technical skills, and entrepreneurship, particularly in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). The initiative aims to develop a generation of skilled youth who will lead Kuwait’s digital future.

The competition includes interactive activities, training camps, and educational events, designed to equip students with the necessary tools to excel in the digital world. The students will also have the opportunity to engage with industry experts, guiding them toward potential careers in cybersecurity. The event will culminate in a hackathon and team pitches, followed by an awards ceremony to honor the winners.

Zain’s ongoing initiatives prioritize youth education, particularly in digital and programming skills, aligning with the rapid digitalization of both the economy and education sectors. The company’s efforts are focused on equipping local talent with essential skills in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation applications.
