Orange Jordan’s general assembly, held on April 30, 2025, approved the board of directors’ recommendation to distribute JD 41.25 million in cash dividends to shareholders, amounting to 220 fils per share. This represents 99.5% of the company’s net profits and 22% of its JD 187.5 million capital. The meeting, conducted via the AGM PRO platform, was chaired by Raslan Deiranieh, Chairman of the Board, and attended by board members, CEO Eng. Philippe Mansour, and 86.8% of shareholders.
The assembly approved several key items, including the board of directors’ and auditors’ reports, and the company’s consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024. The company’s total revenue for 2024 was JD 361.3 million, and its customer base reached 4.5 million subscribers. Capital expenses for the year totaled JD 75.5 million, or 20.9% of total revenue, with the majority allocated to 5G network development and fiber network expansion. Since 2000, Orange Jordan has invested approximately JD 1.7 billion in its network infrastructure.
Deiranieh highlighted 2024 as a milestone for Orange Jordan, praising its substantial achievements in line with Orange’s global strategy, “Lead the Future.” He pointed out significant investments in 5G and fiber networks, with JD 150 million invested in fiber networks and JD 160 million in 5G network expansion to cover the entire Kingdom.
CEO Eng. Philippe Mansour underscored the company’s role in advancing digital transformation in Jordan. He emphasized that 2024 was a pivotal year, marked by strong financial growth and strategic launches, which allowed Orange Jordan to strengthen its customer interactions and further cement its leadership in digital solutions, including fiber, 5G, satellite internet, and smart life solutions.
