A global digital service provider has officially extended its footprint into Rwanda, introducing a comprehensive suite of voice, messaging, and digital solutions. This move is designed to support local enterprises, government entities, and service providers by offering access to advanced platforms including Internet of Things (IoT), eSIM technology, and national mobile registries. The expansion aims to capitalize on the rapid growth of internet usage in the country, which has more than tripled over the last decade, by providing tailored industry-specific solutions across cloud and mobile sectors.
As part of this rollout, the company plans to onboard local talent and collaborate with regional businesses to foster economic growth. This follows a series of recent technical enhancements, including the launch of a white-label eSIM platform and a mobile registry system updated in early 2026 to include advanced fraud and theft protection. With over three decades of experience across the continent, the provider continues its aggressive growth strategy, building on recent successful launches in Senegal, Botswana, Liberia, and Malawi to serve a global network of hundreds of partners.
