The operator said scammers are impersonating official communications to lure users with promotional offers, attempting to extract personal information or trigger unauthorized actions. Customers are being urged to remain cautious and verify any suspicious messages or calls before engaging.
Maroc Telecom emphasized that legitimate offers are communicated only through official channels, and advised users not to share sensitive information such as account details, verification codes, or personal data in response to unsolicited outreach.
