Foodics Launches “Forward Together” Initiative to Support F&B Operators Amid Rising Industry Pressures

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – May 6, 2026 – Foodics, the leading restaurant operations and financial management platform in the MENA region, has announced the launch of “Forward Together” (قدها مع بعض), a relief initiative designed to support restaurant operators navigating increasing cost pressures and shifting market conditions.

F&B businesses across the region are operating in an unpredictable environment with tighter margins due to increased supply chain costs, placing real strain on operators of all sizes. In response, Foodics is introducing a support package built around three core areas: financial flexibility, new revenue channels and smarter decision-making.

The initiative offers flexible payment terms on subscriptions (new and renewing) across markets, easing short-term financial pressure for restaurant operators. It will also open access to Foodics Online Website and Self Ordering Kiosk, as part of the digital ordering solutions, creating additional revenue streams for restaurants at no cost. And to support better decision-making and operational efficiency, a complimentary access to advanced AI solutions, empowering them with predictive insights. The period of the initiative is subject to Foodics’ terms and conditions.

Ahmad AlZaini, Co-founder and CEO of Foodics, said: “The F&B industry employs over a million in our region and is considered one of the private sector drivers across GCC and North African markets. This is the backbone of these communities. Today, operators happen to be navigating difficult conditions. At Foodics, we exist to help restaurants sustain growth. That mission is what drove us to build Forward Together. If we can play a role in keeping more doors open, then this is exactly where we need to show up.”

The initiative will be launched across Foodics’ markets in GCC and North Africa, markets that together represent one of the fastest-growing and most innovative foodservice economies globally. With the GCC foodservice sector valued at nearly USD 70 billion with projections to reach over USD 121 billion by 2031 and Egypt’s market estimated at USD 11.83 billion and projected to more than double by 2031, the F&B industry remains a critical engine of employment and economic activity, and one that Foodics is committed to protecting.
