PayTabs, a leading payment orchestration provider in the MENA region, has teamed up with Concept Combined Group Kuwait to introduce PayTabs Kuwait, a new initiative aimed at expanding digital payment services in Kuwait. As part of this collaboration, PayTabs will roll out its Advanced Payments Solutions (APS) under the PayTabs Kuwait brand, offering a variety of payment solutions to local businesses.
Concept Combined Group Kuwait, a business conglomerate with expertise in telecom services, IT solutions, and retail, will support the implementation and deployment of PayTabs’ payment technology in the country. This collaboration comes after successful testing of PayTabs’ services in the local market, responding to the growing demand for advanced payment solutions in the region.
PayTabs Kuwait will provide secure and tailored payment processing tools for Kuwait’s small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which contribute 22% of the country’s GDP. The initiative aims to fill the gap in local payment services by offering businesses the infrastructure needed to manage transactions efficiently and securely.
This partnership aligns with Kuwait’s broader economic vision, including its ‘New Kuwait 2035’ strategy, which focuses on diversifying the economy and strengthening digital infrastructure. PayTabs Kuwait plans to offer services such as open banking integrations and digital wallets, enabling businesses to meet evolving consumer expectations and drive digital transformation in the local market.
The partnership is viewed as an important step toward enhancing the digital payments ecosystem in Kuwait, where there is increasing demand for innovative financial solutions but a gap in existing services.
