Saudi Arabia’s leading digital enabler, stc, has announced a partnership with Shaffra, a top deep-tech AI company participating in the stc InspireU Advanced accelerator program. This collaboration, revealed at LEAP 2025, will introduce AI-powered agentic solutions to the Kingdom, enabling local enterprises to reduce operational costs, enhance efficiency, and automate complex workflows across key industries.
Saud Alsheraihi, Vice President of Digital Solutions at stc, highlighted that the partnership will introduce stc AI Employee, a solution designed to help businesses customize their AI workforce to align with corporate culture, industry-specific expertise, and operational workflows. The AI-driven workforce automation aims to improve enterprise performance and productivity.
Shaffra’s CEO, Alharith Alatawi, emphasized the company’s advanced AI capabilities, stating that their AI Workforce solutions offer businesses an integrated ecosystem that includes LLM hosting, structured AI knowledge management, and AI Employees that automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and seamlessly integrate into corporate systems.
The collaboration will see AI Employees integrated into Saudi businesses, helping to automate operations, improve decision-making, and streamline internal processes and customer interactions. This initiative is set to transform AI adoption across Saudi enterprises, positioning the Kingdom at the forefront of AI-driven business innovation and significantly redefining workforce efficiency.
