Qatar Insurance Company (QIC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Alfardan Automotive to enhance digital services for car owners and drivers in Qatar. This collaboration will allow users to access a range of automotive services, such as car rentals, repairs, and maintenance, through the QIC App.
The MoU marks a significant step in transforming the automotive service experience in Qatar by combining QIC’s digital expertise with Alfardan Automotive’s automotive industry leadership. This partnership will offer convenient, reliable, and seamless services for motorists, enabling them to fulfill car-related needs at their fingertips.
Mr. Salem Al Mannai, CEO of QIC, highlighted the importance of this partnership in elevating the digital landscape for car owners, while Dr. Ma’n Alhamawi, CEO of Alfardan Automotive, emphasized the role of digital transformation in enhancing customer experiences.
