The new cloud-based system enhances customer experiences, supports business expansion into fintech, IoT, and cloud computing services, and improves operational efficiencies. This transformation resulted in a 50% reduction in product development time and customer line activation time.
Partnering with Netcracker, Zain KSA implemented a full-stack, AI-driven IT transformation, leveraging the Netcracker Digital Platform to build a cloud-native BSS and OSS. The project replaced Zain’s legacy IT infrastructure and migrated customers to the new systems.
