Egypt Launches Mobile Application to Support Investors and Streamline Complaint Handling

The Egyptian Ministry of Trade and Industry has launched the first version of a mobile application designed to support investors by handling complaints, answering queries, and simplifying investor interactions. This initiative aligns with directives from Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development and Minister of Industry and Transport, Kamel el Wazir, aiming to enhance investor experience while embracing modern technology trends.

Currently available for Android, with an iOS version coming soon, the app allows investors to easily submit complaints or inquiries. To use the app, investors need to create an account by registering their personal information, including their name, phone number, and email address. Once registered, they can access their account, follow up on their submissions, and track the status of complaints or inquiries.

This mobile solution is part of the ministry’s efforts to streamline processes for investors, making it easier for them to get support and for authorities to respond promptly. The application represents a step toward modernizing government services, providing a more efficient and accessible way for investors to engage with the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
