Orange Jordan Hosts Workshop on Business Models and Innovation for Coding Academy Students

Orange Jordan organized a workshop titled “Building a Business Model: Entrepreneurship and Innovation in the Field of Information Technology” for over 50 students from the Coding Academy in Amman. The workshop was implemented under the umbrella of Orange Digital Centers (ODC).

Led by Dr. Ashraf Bani Mohammad, Associate Professor of Economics and Technology Policies at the University of Jordan and board member of the Innovative Startups and SMEs Fund, the session covered essential topics such as business models, revenue development strategies, scalability, and the fundamentals of entrepreneurship. Participants also learned about identifying opportunities and managing risks.

Orange Jordan emphasized the value of the workshop in equipping participants with the skills to transform their programming knowledge into innovative business ideas, preparing them to become future leaders in the field. The workshop exemplified the integration of Orange Jordan’s programs, reflecting the company’s commitment to the long-term development of participants.

The interactive session also included a review of emerging technologies and their role in digital transformation, as well as strategies for validating ideas and expanding in the market. This workshop builds on the ongoing collaboration between Orange Jordan and Dr. Ashraf Bani Mohammad, who has previously provided several online training sessions.
