Key technologies utilized include Microsoft Azure’s suite of AI and analytics tools: Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, Azure AI Search, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure OpenAI services. These platforms enable comprehensive data processing, model training, deployment, and GenAI-powered applications such as automated customer service, content creation, and predictive analytics.
Additional tools like Azure Power BI support data visualization and insights sharing, while Azure Data Lake Storage and Snowflake facilitate large-scale data management and real-time analytics across the UAE, KSA, Qatar, Egypt, and Turkey.
