CAIRO – e& Egypt has signed a cooperation agreement with Salam Properties to provide advanced smart technology solutions and services for The Residence project in New Cairo, marking a significant milestone in Egypt’s drive toward sustainable and intelligent urban development.
The agreement was signed by Ahmed Kassem, CEO and Vice Chairman of Salam Properties, and Mohamed El Rewainy, Enterprise Digital Solutions Director at e& Egypt, in the presence of senior representatives from both organizations.

Under the partnership, e& Egypt will design and implement the ICT infrastructure, data transmission systems, and a comprehensive suite of digital solutions for The Residence. The initiative aligns with Egypt’s national vision for smart and sustainable cities, supporting digital transformation in the real estate sector.

The project spans 12 feddans in the Lotus area of New Cairo and is scheduled for delivery within three and a half years.
