Riyadh / Dubai — GymGuyz, the world’s leading mobile and at-home personal training franchise, has announced a master franchise agreement with Bait Al Batterjee Group (BAB) to expand its operations across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, and Morocco. The move marks one of the company’s largest international expansions, positioning it to tap into the region’s booming fitness and wellness sector.
Under the deal, at least 80 new territories are planned across Saudi Arabia and the UAE alone, with operations in Saudi Arabia set to launch in 2026, followed by phased rollouts in the UAE, Egypt, and Morocco.
BAB Group, led by Makarem Batterjee, President and Vice Chairman — and a judge on Shark Tank Arabia — brings decades of experience in health and wellness operations. The group has managed over 20 Gold’s Gym locations in Saudi Arabia and oversees 25 subsidiaries with 12,000 employees, making it one of the Kingdom’s most established fitness operators.
“GymGuyz represents the future of fitness — agile, technology-driven, and deeply personal,” said Batterjee. “The demand for convenient, results-focused wellness solutions has never been higher, and this partnership enables us to meet that demand at scale across the Middle East and North Africa.”
Josh York, Founder and CEO of GymGuyz, added:
“Bait Al Batterjee Group’s experience and integrity make them the perfect partner for our expansion into one of the world’s fastest-growing fitness markets. Together, we’re delivering world-class, personalized fitness directly to people’s doorsteps — and this is just the beginning.”
The deal comes as the Middle East experiences a surge in fitness investments, with international brands such as UBX, Snap Fitness, Hotworx, and BodyBase expanding rapidly across the region. The new partnership will allow GymGuyz to leverage BAB’s regional infrastructure to meet the rising demand for on-demand, tech-powered personal training and wellness solutions.
