KUWAIT CITY – October 27, 2025: The 4th edition of the Digital Transformation Kuwait Conference will be held on November 17–18, 2025, at the Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel, in collaboration with the Central Agency for Information Technology (CAIT). The event will serve as a major platform for government, industry, and technology leaders to drive Kuwait’s digital evolution in line with Vision 2035.
Branded as Kuwait’s most influential digital innovation forum, the conference will host over 800 delegates, 30 exhibitors, and 20 media outlets. It will feature key sessions from leading ministries, regulators, and private sector innovators, including a keynote address by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Al-Sabah, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association of Artificial Intelligence of Things.
The event’s agenda will explore Kuwait’s progress in integrating artificial intelligence, cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity across key sectors such as public services, healthcare, finance, education, and urban development. Discussions will focus on transforming digital strategies into executable frameworks that enhance efficiency, transparency, and citizen engagement.
Under CAIT’s guidance, Kuwait continues to advance its smart government ecosystem, aligning national projects with the country’s digital transformation roadmap. Organizers describe this year’s conference as a move from “strategy to execution,” bridging innovation with implementation and fostering partnerships between ministries, regulators, and private sector stakeholders.
In a statement, CITRA emphasized Kuwait’s vision of maintaining a secure, resilient, and future-ready digital infrastructure. The authority noted that, “as the digital economy expands, our focus remains on enabling innovation while protecting users through robust governance and cybersecurity frameworks.”
The two-day event will also address the evolving priorities of Kuwait’s digital economy, focusing on how emerging technologies can reduce operational costs, enhance service quality, and redefine citizen and business interactions with government systems.
