The annual event brings together graduates from Huawei ICT Academies and the Huawei–NTI Egypt Talent Academy (ETA), linking them with top employers across cutting-edge sectors such as AI, 5G, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Big Data, and DataCom. The 2025 edition also adopts a hybrid model, featuring a month-long online job platform to extend opportunities nationwide.

H.E. He also mentioned the success of initiatives like the Egypt Talent Academy (ETA) and the Fiber Optic Technologies Academy, which aim to train thousands in advanced ICT skills aligned with national projects such as “Decent Life.”

Mr. Dou Yong, Senior Vice President of Huawei Egypt, reaffirmed Huawei’s commitment to Egypt’s Vision 2030: “Through HiRE6, we continue to invest in youth empowerment, linking skilled Egyptian talent with high-value job opportunities to strengthen the country’s digital economy.”
