Intersec 2026’s InCyber Briefing is set to provide cybersecurity leaders with deep insights into the evolving threat landscape and the governance of emerging technologies like AI. With the UAE’s cybersecurity market projected to grow from $620 million in 2024 to $1.29 billion by 2030, the event arrives at a pivotal moment for regional digital resilience.
Taking place from January 12–14 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, the Briefing will feature practical frameworks on AI governance, post-quantum readiness, supply-chain security, and enterprise cyber-risk reporting. A major highlight is a keynote by Luqman Kondeth of NYU Abu Dhabi, who will explore AI governance through a parable-based lesson on trust, oversight, and human-centred innovation.
The event will also include a closed-door Kearney roundtable on securing critical national infrastructure against AI-driven and hybrid threats, with a resulting white paper offering guidance for governments on proactive, intelligence-driven cyber resilience.
Intersec 2026 is expected to be the largest in its history, hosting over 1,400 exhibitors from more than 60 countries under the patronage of Sheikh Mansoor Bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
