Beyon Solutions, a subsidiary of the Beyon Group, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Bahrain FinTech Bay to drive cloud adoption and strengthen digital transformation within Bahrain’s financial services sector.
The partnership sets a long-term framework that supports national ambitions to position Bahrain as a leading hub for innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology-driven growth. Both organisations will work together to empower fintech startups, scale-ups, and international entrants by offering enhanced operational, technological, and ecosystem support.
As part of the collaboration, Bahrain FinTech Bay will make Beyon Solutions’ digital and operational services available to its community, while the two entities jointly develop workshops, knowledge-sharing platforms, and broader ecosystem engagement opportunities. The focus is to ensure fintech companies have the infrastructure, expertise, and guidance required to launch, operate, and scale effectively in the kingdom.
Beyon Solutions CEO Nicholas Toon said the collaboration will help accelerate digital innovation by combining the company’s technical capabilities with Bahrain FinTech Bay’s vibrant fintech ecosystem. Bahrain FinTech Bay CEO Bader Sater added that the agreement reinforces their commitment to providing practical support for fintechs as they build and expand in Bahrain.
