ITC Infotech has inaugurated its new Digital & AI Engineering Hub in Riyadh, marking 15 years of operations in the Middle East and reinforcing its long-term commitment to Saudi Arabia and the region.
The hub was officially opened by Sanjiv Puri, Chairman and Managing Director of ITC Ltd and Chairman of ITC Infotech. The launch signals a strategic expansion aimed at supporting enterprises in accelerating their digital transformation journeys.
Designed as a centre for advanced technology delivery, the Digital & AI Engineering Hub will focus on digital engineering, AI-driven innovation, cloud services, automation, and platform-based solutions. Its mandate is to help organisations improve agility, operational efficiency, and scalability while delivering tangible business outcomes.
Vishal Kumar, President and Regional Head for MEA, India, and APAC at ITC Infotech, said the Riyadh expansion reflects the company’s confidence in the region’s digital momentum. He noted that the new hub will enable closer collaboration with clients, large-scale deployment of advanced technologies, and direct alignment with Saudi Arabia’s drive toward an innovation-led economy.
The initiative aligns with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, which prioritises digital capability building, AI adoption, and the development of a knowledge-based economy.
ITC Infotech also highlighted the hub’s role in advancing Saudisation and local talent development. The facility is intended to cultivate a skilled Saudi workforce, strengthen in-country digital capabilities, and deliver expertise-led solutions from within the Kingdom. This investment supports the creation of a sustainable technology ecosystem that enhances delivery excellence and accelerates collaboration across the region.
