Es’hailSat participates in ninth edition of DIMDEX in Doha

Es’hailSat – Qatar Satellite Company is participating in the ninth edition of the Doha International Maritime Defence Exhibition & Conference (DIMDEX), one of the region’s most significant platforms for maritime, defence and security stakeholders. The exhibition brings together global industry leaders and decision-makers, creating a strategic environment for collaboration and business development.

As a flagship defence event, DIMDEX offers Es’hailSat a critical stage to demonstrate how its satellite infrastructure addresses the growing demand for secure Government and Military (GOVMIL) communications. The company is highlighting its role in delivering resilient, mission-ready connectivity tailored to the operational realities of maritime and defence sectors.

In its role as Qatar’s national satellite operator, Es’hailSat is presenting a comprehensive portfolio of services anchored by its Tier-4 Teleport facility in Doha. By combining high-powered, advanced satellites with fully redundant fibre connectivity, the operator delivers robust, end-to-end managed services designed to meet the stringent requirements of modern defence and maritime operations.

Beyond maritime logistics, Es’hailSat is showcasing its broader capabilities in supporting government and military missions across the region. Through its Es’hail-1 and Es’hail-2 satellites, positioned at 25.5 and 26 degrees East, and its state-of-the-art teleport infrastructure, the company provides secure and reliable communications for remote locations and offshore environments, ensuring continuity in high-risk and demanding conditions.

Ali Ahmed Al-Kuwari, President and CEO of Es’hailSat, said the company’s participation reflects its commitment to delivering secure, independent and resilient satellite infrastructure for Qatar and regional partners. He noted that as maritime and defence operations grow more complex, dependable connectivity for ship-to-shore communications and strategic missions has become essential, and Es’hailSat’s growing fleet and Tier-4 capabilities are central to meeting those needs across the Middle East and North Africa.
