talabat participated as Main Partner in Kuwait’s National Forum for Transport and Smart Services (NFTSS), reinforcing its role in shaping conversations around digital transformation, governance, and road safety in line with Kuwait Vision 2035.
Held under the patronage of the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef Al-Sabah, the forum brought together government leaders, technology platforms, transport operators, and policy experts to explore how smart services and digital solutions can improve safety and efficiency across Kuwait’s transport ecosystem.
Abdullah Al-Mansour, Director of Corporate Affairs at talabat Kuwait, delivered a keynote titled “From Governance to Sustainability,” where he positioned talabat’s evolution from a logistics marketplace to a digital economy enabler as a model for how technology platforms can support national infrastructure. He proposed the creation of a Permanent National Committee for Transportation and Smart Services to ensure ongoing collaboration between regulators, tech platforms, and operators.
Amal Bukhamseen, Manager of Corporate Affairs at talabat Kuwait, joined a panel discussion on regulation and collective responsibility, highlighting how data-driven insights and close stakeholder coordination can inform practical, sustainable solutions across sectors that rely on complex operational orchestration.
Discussions at the forum covered regulatory frameworks, traffic safety, smart technology applications, corporate governance, and international best practices, with contributions from public officials, regional experts, and technology consultants.
