Dubai’s 33 Smart Police Stations Provide 24/7 Service Without Human Intervention

Dubai Police have announced that their network of 33 Smart Police Stations (SPS) now provides round-the-clock services across the emirate completely autonomously. This milestone is part of the “Safe City” vision, allowing residents and tourists to access critical police resources without visiting a traditional station or interacting with personnel in person. The stations are strategically distributed across major hubs, including City Walk, Dubai Design District (D3), Palm Jumeirah, and Al Seef, as well as suburban and drive-thru locations.

Operating in multiple languages to serve Dubai’s diverse population, these stations offer 32 different services organized into four primary categories. A standout feature is the ability to file criminal reports via a live video link with investigating officers. These officers guide users through the process and send statements for electronic signing, ensuring a secure and efficient legal process.
