These startups, now part of a broader portfolio of 22 companies, are pioneering solutions that integrate technology into education to enhance learning experiences. The selection includes:
- Elkheta: An educational platform aligned with Egypt’s new curriculum, offering tutoring and exercises to boost student performance.
- Saikoro: This platform gamifies learning by transforming educational content into digital formats and interactive games.
- The Copywriter: Aimed at nurturing young creatives, this platform provides career guidance in writing and creative fields.
- Techy App: Blends a physical school with an electronic platform to offer experiential STEM learning for children and teens aged 6 to 18.
- SchoolZ: Provides a safe and convenient transport system specifically for school students.
- ArmStrong: Offers online STEM courses that link school curricula to practical applications, available in Arabic and English for students aged 4 to 18.
- Tutoro: Connects students with teachers for in-person lessons and plans to introduce an AI robot assistant for study support in collaboration with universities.
- InvestED: Facilitates connections between companies and schools to support students financially through fundraising efforts to complete their education.
Moreover, the Ministry of Communications has appointed EdVentures to manage Egypt’s digital innovation hubs, starting with the “Creativa” hub in Sohag. This role underlines EdVentures’ dedication to nurturing a dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystem throughout the nation’s governorates, further solidifying its position as a leader in educational innovation.
