Salesforce Announces $500 Million AI Investment in Saudi Arabia at LEAP 2025

Salesforce has revealed plans to invest $500 million in artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives in Saudi Arabia, as the global race for AI investment heats up. The announcement was made during LEAP 2025, Saudi Arabia’s premier global tech event, which secured nearly $15 billion in new AI-related investments.

As part of the initiative, Salesforce will introduce Hyperforce, its cloud platform architecture developed in collaboration with Amazon Web Services, to Saudi Arabia. The company will also partner with major firms like Capgemini, Deloitte, IBM, and PwC to expand the adoption of its AI-driven customer service platform, Agentforce.

Additionally, Salesforce will incorporate Arabic language support into its AI product suite, ensuring that its technology is more accessible to businesses and customers in the region. The company has also announced plans to establish a regional headquarters in Riyadh, aligning with Saudi Arabia’s strategic push to become a leading player in the AI sector.

In a further commitment to the region, Salesforce aims to upskill 30,000 Saudi citizens by 2030, focusing on building local AI talent to drive the country’s long-term digital transformation.
