Roshn and Dawiyat partner to develop telecom infrastructure in Saudi residential communities

Saudi Arabia’s Roshn has partnered with Dawiyat to develop advanced telecom infrastructure across its residential communities, supporting the Kingdom’s smart city and digital transformation ambitions.

The agreement will focus on deploying high-speed connectivity solutions, including fibre networks and integrated telecom systems, to ensure seamless digital access for residents. The infrastructure is expected to support a wide range of services, from broadband connectivity to smart home and community applications.

Roshn, a key player in Saudi Arabia’s large-scale housing developments, is integrating digital infrastructure as a core component of its projects. Partnering with Dawiyat, which specialises in telecom infrastructure, enables the delivery of scalable and future-ready connectivity solutions.

The initiative aligns with broader efforts under Vision 2030 to modernise urban development and enhance quality of life through technology-enabled communities. Reliable connectivity is becoming a foundational requirement for smart cities and digitally integrated living environments.

Saudi Arabia continues to invest heavily in both physical and digital infrastructure, ensuring that new developments are equipped to support evolving digital needs.
