The portal aims to position nationals as the preferred workforce, supporting private sector growth by streamlining recruitment for specialized talent.
The Kawader portal centralizes a database of Bahraini ICT professionals, making it easier for private sector organizations to find qualified candidates. Job seekers also gain access to career development opportunities.
Talal Al Araifi, CEO of Mazad, praised the platform’s effectiveness in providing access to skilled local professionals, stating it aligns with the evolving needs of the private sector. Alaa Saeed, CEO of Array, also highlighted the platform’s success in filling vacancies and its user-friendly design.
Kawader is part of Tamkeen’s broader efforts to strengthen the ICT sector in Bahrain, including training programs and strategic partnerships.
