Banglalink, one of Bangladesh’s leading digital operators, has been certified as a Global Top Employer 2025 by the Top Employers Institute — the first telecommunications company in the country to receive this recognition.
The certification highlights Banglalink’s commitment to world-class HR practices, talent development, and fostering a people-first workplace. It aligns with the company’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) Lead The Future, which emphasizes inclusivity, growth, and preparing employees to thrive in a digital-first economy.
The Top Employers Institute evaluates organizations across six HR domains and 20 critical topics, including talent strategy, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, and learning and development. In 2025, more than 2,400 organizations from 125 countries were certified, representing a positive impact on 13 million employees worldwide.
