Kuwait City — The American Chamber of Commerce in Kuwait (AmCham Kuwait) held the 4th edition of its Future of AI Forum under the theme “Transforming HR & Accessibility,” highlighting how artificial intelligence can reshape human resources and foster inclusivity for people with disabilities.
Supported by Kuwait Resources House (Platinum Sponsor), Elevatus (Silver Sponsor), and SAP (Silver Sponsor), the half-day event at Crowne Plaza Kuwait gathered business leaders, policymakers, and accessibility advocates to align practical AI adoption with Kuwait Vision 2035 and the National AI Strategy.
In his opening remarks, Pete Swift, Chair of AmCham Kuwait, emphasized the broader social mission of AI:
“AI is not just about technology, it is about creating workplaces that are more efficient, equitable, and accessible.”
AI in HR: Smarter Hiring and Workforce Analytics
The first panel, “AI & the Future of HR in Kuwait,” examined how AI can transform recruitment, training, and workforce planning.
Moderated by Maite Elizalde, Country Editor at The Business Year Kuwait, the panel featured:

The second panel, “Inclusive Intelligence – AI & Accessibility,” explored assistive technologies that empower people with disabilities in the workplace.
Moderated by Ebrahim Alkandari, Consultant at Dotslink, panelists included:

Interactive Q&A sessions addressed ethical governance, data privacy, and accessibility standards. The event concluded with an appreciation ceremony and networking opportunities.
