The company secured the AI and Machine Learning Customer Experience Excellence Achievement Award for its AI-powered customer experience assurance framework, and the Software Exceptional Products and Services Achievement Award for its Convergent Billing System initiative.
The AI-powered assurance framework leverages real-time topology discovery, cross-domain fault correlation, and predictive analytics to proactively monitor and manage network performance. This intelligent system enables faster issue resolution, prevents disruptions, and delivers a consistently high-quality experience—particularly for stc Bahrain’s Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) customers.
The Convergent Billing System project replaced multiple legacy billing and charging systems with a unified, cloud-native Digital Billing and Revenue Management platform. This modernization simplified IT architecture, reduced costs, accelerated product launches, and provided customers with greater transparency, personalization, and control over their services.
