Orange Jordan caps landmark year reinforcing its role as a responsible digital leader

Orange Jordan closed 2025 with a strong record of leadership and achievement, reinforcing its position as Jordan’s responsible digital leader through sustained investment in infrastructure, innovation, customer experience, and social impact. The company continued to enhance network quality across multiple governorates, expanding fibre-to-the-home services and extending 5G coverage to nearly 70 per cent of Irbid Governorate.

These efforts were recognised with Orange Jordan winning the Fastest Fixed Internet – Fiber award for the third consecutive year, based on SpeedChecker certification. The company also achieved the global Tier III Design Certification for its Hashem Data Center and inaugurated a new secure and sustainable data center in Ain Al-Basha, strengthening national digital infrastructure and supporting economic growth.

Orange Jordan renewed its ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications, reaffirming its commitment to occupational safety and environmental sustainability. On the digital services front, it launched the integrated “Max it” application, offering customers a unified platform to manage services, rewards, and digital solutions. The company also introduced satellite internet services for the first time in Jordan, improving connectivity in remote areas.

Customer-centric innovation continued with the launch of the new “Maak” lines, offering free 5G services and enhanced rewards. In digital finance, Orange Money marked its fifth anniversary by becoming Jordan’s first e-wallet to obtain a Visa Partner License, while expanding partnerships with national institutions to support financial inclusion.

Orange Jordan also strengthened long-standing partnerships with public and private sector institutions, renewed its COPC customer experience certification, and advanced digital inclusion through hackathons, awards, and initiatives supporting women, persons with disabilities, and entrepreneurs.

The company expanded its entrepreneurship and skills development programmes through the Orange Digital Center, AI Incubator, Coding Academy, and multiple national initiatives, issuing more than 63,750 certificates to over 23,500 participants by year-end.

Complementing its technology leadership, Orange Jordan deepened community engagement through national and cultural initiatives, youth empowerment, environmental sustainability programmes, and employee-focused activities. The company said these achievements reflect its commitment to ethical business practices and its continued role in supporting Jordan’s digital transformation.
